1. Who sells your booking
When you book a stay, a flight or an experience through Wogu, the seller named at checkout, Nuitée (LiteAPI), sells the booking to you and charges your payment. Wogu arranges the booking with the seller. Wogu is not the seller and does not take your payment.
2. Who provides the service
The hotel, airline or activity operator delivers the service you booked. Its own conditions apply as well, for example:

a hotel's check-in times and house rules;
•
an airline's conditions of carriage and baggage rules;
•
an activity operator's meeting point and any age, fitness or health requirements.
3. The seller's own terms
Your booking is made under the seller's own terms and conditions, which the seller publishes on its website. This page does not replace them. If you would like the version that applied when you booked, contact Wogu support and we will send it to you.
4. Price and rate rules
The price, the currency and the rate or fare rules are the ones shown at checkout and in your booking details. A rate marked non-refundable is not refunded if you cancel. Where a rate can be cancelled, the deadline and any fee are the ones shown for that rate.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Changes and cancellations follow the rules of the rate you booked. When you cancel in Wogu, we pass your request to the seller. Any refund is made by the seller, to the payment method you used, on the seller's timescale.
6. If something goes wrong
Contact Wogu support first. We will take it up with the seller and the service provider for you. Nothing on this page limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.
7. Wogu's own terms
Wogu's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover your use of Wogu itself, and you accept them at the same checkout. This page explains the seller's part. If anything on this page differs from the seller's own terms, the seller's terms apply.
