Payments and receipts
Paying securely, when you're charged and getting a receipt.
You pay by card in a secure payment form. Your card details go straight to the payment provider — Wogu never receives or stores your full card number.
When you pay at checkout. Some stays list taxes or fees marked Pay at the property — you pay those to the property, not at checkout.
Prices come live from the provider and can change while you book. If the price changes before you pay, checkout shows you the new price so you can decide whether to go ahead.
Open the booking from My bookings and choose Download receipt from its options. Your confirmation email has the booking details too.
