Sharing and group trips
Inviting people, who sees what, polls and splitting costs.
Open the trip, choose Invite people, and send an email invitation or share an invite link. Each invitation comes with a role: Can edit lets people change the plan; Can view is read-only. You can revoke an invite link at any time.
Everyone on the trip sees its itinerary, ideas, polls and budget. For each Already planned entry you choose who can see the details — with Only me, others just see that you're busy. People who can only view never see confirmation codes.
Start a poll to decide on dates, a stay, a flight, an experience or a stop together. Everyone who can edit the trip can vote, and when the poll closes the most popular option wins. A poll nobody voted in decides nothing.
Yes. In the trip's Budget, add expenses and choose who shares each one. The trip shows who owes whom, and Settle up records payments between you. Wogu doesn't move money between members.
A trip's organizers can share a wishlist link so friends and family can gift a stay for the trip. Each gift is booked and paid for on its own, in the travelers' names. Experiences can be shown on a wishlist but can't be gifted yet.
